The Shearwater Flyer Trail and Salt Marsh Trail

It had been a while since I’d gone for a bike ride, so I spent about an hour and a half riding my fat tire bike, covering roughly 25 km.
The first 8.5 km took me through a forest trail, which eventually connected to another trail. From there, the trail cut straight through the middle of a wetland. The trail was originally a railway line, which made the ride even more interesting.
One of the highlights along the way was the beautiful red rose hips. They really stood out against the green surroundings. A peaceful ride through the woods and wetlands—and a great way to get back on the bike.
