Gluten Free Christmas Lunch
I’ve been spending a lot of time baking in the kitchen during holidays. We invited some of our friends for Christmas lunch, and I was exploring gluten free baking for one of my friend. Roasted veggie sandwich with pea pesto, pumpkin and ginger soup, Chocolate-almond brownie, Cherry-mint bruschetta, Strawberry mousse chocolate cup, and pavlova.
Vegan Afternoon Tea
We enjoyed the Vegan Afternoon Tea with our friend. I cooked everything from scratch to use natural cane sugar, maple syrup, and unsweetened shredded coconuts too. Grilled veggie on chia seeds bread, scones, mushroom cups, coconut yogurt tarts, yolos, pumpkin pudding, and Santa brownies.
