Prince Edward Island – Confederation Bridge

There are two ways to get to Prince Edward Island (PEI) from Halifax: by car over a bridge or by ferry, and Charlottetown, the capital of PEI, is about a 3-hour drive from our home in New Brunswick. There is a bridge between New Brunswick and PEI called Confederation Bridge, which is 12.9 km long. There is no charge to enter the island, but you must pay when you leave the island.
There is a small town at the foot of the bridge on the PEI that offers a view of the bridge.
