Meditation Deck

It is lovely to see some flowers are blooming in our garden. Sam has installed the meditation deck in our backyard hill. Surrounded by the forest, just sitting in this place is so peaceful and calming.

McDonalds Sports Park Loop Trail

Trail is a 5 kilometer loop trail located in Waverley. It was still covered with snow and some part was slippery even with the trail run shoes. This short intermediate course is good for an interval training.
