Yoga Platform

Lakeside deck

Sam built a nice overhang at our waterside deck. It’s still high for kayaks to get on and off, so he is thinking about another project. This morning, I meditated on the edge of the overhang. When I opened my eyes, the 180 degree view of the lake greeted me.

Morning run
