Skating at Civic Square in Truro
A little town, Truro is about 1 hour drive to north from our place. In the winter, the centre of Truro’s Civic Square has the outdoor skating oval. The new Public Library, which opened in 2016 is lighted up for the holiday season. Although the Christmas lights are gone, it is still beautiful.

Christmas morning with high tea
For late start of the Christmas morning, I am sure that high tea and some pan cakes make you feel full and happy. Strawberry Santa, Christmas wreath macaron, bacon pie, strawberry pie with butter cream, madeleine, leeks and mushroom quiche, smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich, ham and cheese sandwich. Yummy.
