A Little Friend

A time to get relaxed in the midst of a busy day. Lately, this little fellow has been in the corner of the deck waiting for me to come outside. When it’s warm in the afternoon, I like spending my time sitting on the deck reading books or just watching birds pecking on the grass. One warm afternoon, I was studying at the deck. Then suddenly, a little cute face appeared from under the table. “Oh, would you like to study with me?” As if he says, “nope, just looking for a peanut”, he jumped on my arm and ran up to my shoulder. What a sweet moment it was!
