Pumpkin Tart

My neighbour gave me a beautiful organic Japanese kabocha (green pumpkin). So, I made two pumpkin tarts with a topping of autumn cookies and gave one of them back them. Then, they gave me another pumpkin!
I gave the other tart to another neighbour for his birthday, then he gave me some homemade can of pickles!
