Happy Thanksgiving

I got another beautiful Japanese pumpkin from my neighbour’s father’s farm. This time, I baked a simple pumpkin pie using a premade pie crust. For the filling, simply mix steamed pumpkin (400g), cane sugar(60g), cream(50g), 2 eggs and butter (30g) in a chopper. After pre-cook pie sheet, pour the filling, decorate, then bake it for about 30 minutes in 400F. Easy and delicious.
