Lakeside Mornings in Nova Scotia

As July draws to a close, I’ve started to notice the sun rising later. The air feels just a little cooler against my skin, a subtle sign that summer is slowly coming to an end.
After an hour-long run, I slow down on my way back, taking time to cool off and photograph the wildflowers blooming by the lakeside road. These delicate blooms, invisible from a speeding car, feel like quiet treasures—reminding me to pause and appreciate the beauty that’s easy to miss.
