Happy Thanksgiving

Apple Flan. Flan refers to a pastry made with eggs, sugar, and milk. Flan is also made in France, Spain, and Mexico, but the ingredients and amounts used vary from country to country. I baked with almond cream poured between sliced apples arranged in a crispy pie crust.
