Dollar Lake Provincial Park

McDonalds Sports Park Loop Trail

Trail is a 5 kilometer loop trail located in Waverley. It was still covered with snow and some part was slippery even with the trail run shoes. This short intermediate course is good for an interval training.

Johnson River Falls trail

Ice walk at the Johnson River Falls trail near Fall River, Nova Scotia. The trail is about 4.5km out and back. It was a good idea to wear crampons as the trail was really icy.

Victoria Park

Clear skies today. We drove to Truro and went for a walk in the snow. The trail was well maintained, but we sank 5 cm to 10 cm into the snow every time we walked. The trail was very quiet, especially when we walked up the hill. We just saw a deer in the woods.
