Pumpkin Cream Cheese Tart

My neighbour gave me a big green squash from her father’s garden. Pesticide free. I baked pumpkin cream cheese tart and gave it back to her. It has some brandy and it is delicious!

Cabot Trail in Cape Breton

The Cabot Trail, a highway and scenic roadway in northern part of Cape Breton Island is 298 km (185 mi) in length and passes through Cape Breton Highlands National Park. We couldn’t do any hiking due to the bad weather, but we still enjoyed a gorgeous autumn view.

Lake William Trail

Lake William Trail will be a 8.4 kilometer out and back trail, and currently about 4 km completed. It is located the other side of the lake, and the entrance is about 7km from our place. It’s a lovely nice walk, and you see the wildlife.

Cape Split Provincial Park is a 447-hectare natural environment park located in Scots Bay, Kings County. Cape Split hiking trail is about 6.5 km one way (13km return). The trail opens out to a look-off 60 meters above a rugged coast of the Bay of Fundy.
