Rosehip Jam (Hamanasu)

I made three kinds of Homemade Jam. Rosehip jam (Hamanasu), Rhubarb strawberry jam and Rhubarb ginger jam. For Rosehip jam, it took me two hours to remove the seeds and stems from the fruits, and an hour to strain after boiling them. A sweet full of vitamin C. How does it taste like?

Strawberry

Early in the morning, the strawberry leaves were dressed in crystals. The beauty of nature. I got this strawberry plant from my neighbour’s farm. I planted in a pot, and tiny little berries has grown. One day, my strawberry plants give me a lot of nice strawberries to bake a pie.

Grand Falls in New Brunswick
