Rosehip Jam (Hamanasu)
I made three kinds of Homemade Jam. Rosehip jam (Hamanasu), Rhubarb strawberry jam and Rhubarb ginger jam. For Rosehip jam, it took me two hours to remove the seeds and stems from the fruits, and an hour to strain after boiling them. A sweet full of vitamin C. How does it taste like?
