Ice Skating

In the Halifax and its surrounding area within a 10-kilometer radius, there are about 10 ice skating rinks. Additionally, when the lakes freeze, outdoor rinks are also added. I went ice skating for the first time in about 20 years. When I stepped onto the ice, my legs were shaking with fear, but I slowly slid around while holding onto Sam. I even used one of those kids’ support things for a while, and after about 20 minutes of practice, I started to get the hang of it again and could skate on my own somewhat, and I actually enjoyed it.
