The Change of Colours Ceremony

The colours refers to the flags used by the military and our band had an opportunity to provide the music to the ceremony of changing from the Queen’s Colours to the King’s Colours. The regimental flag identified the troops and marked the rallying point for army regiments in the line of battle. It is no longer used on the battlefield, but it remains a symbol of pride, honour, and devotion to the country.
