A Gluten-Free Sourdough Journey

After a few attempts, I finally baked a gluten-free sourdough loaf that turned out beautifully—soft even the next day and wonderfully fragrant. My second attempt, a gluten-free walnut sourdough, was rich in aroma and delicious fresh out of the oven. Even Sam had a bite and said, “Wow, this is gluten-free? It’s just as good as store-bought!”

The next challenge is learning how to maintain the starter consistently so I can bake more often.
