Summer Delights

During the busy summer days, I found joy in spending time making homemade desserts. I made a rhubarb tart using rhubarb from our house and raspberries from our neighbor. The tart was layered with rhubarb jam, almond cream, fresh rhubarb, raspberries, and a crumble topping. Additionally, I made homemade pudding with perfectly browned and aromatic caramel that complemented the rich and creamy texture of the pudding. With a subtle sweetness and the rich flavor from using six eggs, it was absolutely delicious. These moments of baking brought a delightful pause amidst the hustle of summer days.
