Ramen

We went to a ramen shop in our neighbourhood. Unlike in Japan, Ramen is a special dishes and quite expensive in Canada. There are so many ramen shops in Vancouver, but not so many in Halifax. It is hard to find an authentic ramen shop here, however, Korean fusion is not bad at all. Interesting to be able to choose between curly or straight noodles. To my surprise, the girl who served us was a Japanese student. It was the first time I had talked to a Japanese person other than Sam since I came to Halifax.
