We got a lot of rhubarb from our neighbor. I tried different ways to eat it. I had them raw in salad for lunch and rhubarb muffins for a snack. And then, for dinner, I ate a rice ball mixed with stewed salted rhubarb. It really tastes like pickled plums! Next day, I baked a rhubarb strawberry pie, and had a piece with vanilla ice cream for lunch. Yum.
