10/10, great experience with Sam and Kazue! Stayed with them for nine nights, and accidentally said ‘when I get home later tonight’ while wrapping up breakfast, which, reallly says it all. The room was clean, comfortable and set up well. Breakfasts were hearty, with plenty of options and it was clear that they pay attention to details!

La chambre était très confortable, propre et moderne et à côté d’une grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner fut différent tous les jours et préparé par Sam. Plusieurs stationnements sont disponibles sur la propriété. À mi-chemin de l’aéroport et d’Halifax. J’y retournerai sans hésiter.

In a charming setting overlooking a lake, Kazue and Sam offered incredible hospitality. Very friendly and respectful, they made me feel completely at ease. The room was very comfortable, clean, and modern, and located next to a large bathroom. Breakfast was different every day and prepared by Sam. There is plenty of parking available on the property. It’s halfway between the airport and Halifax. I would return without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts Sam and Kazue made us feel at home and cooked us two delicious breakfasts! My wife Cheri has a wheat allergy and they ensured the meals met her dietary needs. The bed was very comfortable so we had a good night sleep. It is a beautiful location and we highly recommend this BnB to any traveler to Nova Scotia.

Their gorgeous accomodation provided great rooms, comfortable beds and super showers.
Breakfasts became an event that you would want to join in with conversation flowing freely and Sam’s delicious ‘speciality’ dishes.

Sam and his wife went out of their way to make us comfortable by helping us with any questions or additional needs we had. They also afforded us our space and privacy. It was the perfect combination.

What a beautiful and restful place to spend a few days in Waverly, NS.  Our room was very nicely decorated and I got lots of ideas on how to do my own bedroom for a make-over.  Thanks Sam.
They have a pin-pong table and key-board if one feels so inclined to play either.  There is also a beautiful living room area to sit and watch the sun set in the evening or out on the balcony, just relaxing and enjoying the scenery.  It is a very peaceful place to stay. 
I made use of their BBQ and it was the best steak & potatoes that I have cooked. 
The breakfast that was prepared for us was beyond perfection with homemade jam, biscuits, rolls, or bread to accompany the most delicious quiche, eggs & bacon or omlette with sides of assorted fruits, juice, tea & coffee.  Every meal was served fit for kings & queens with a beautiful set table and accessories. It has been a long time since I sat at a table so lavishly prepared for guests. 
Sam & Kazue are more than gracious hosts.  They make you feel right at home and have good knowledge of the area and things to do.   I would definitely visit Burgandy Dream B & B again.

Sam and Kazue were kind and welcoming hosts!
My cousin and I had a short stay at Brugandy Dream as we made our way through Nova Scotia. We felt right at home in our cozy room. The beds were very comfortable, and we liked having a private bathroom. The house was very clean. Breakfast was a highlight; coffee, fresh omelets and delicious sides. It was lovely to visit with our hosts as we enjoyed breakfast. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the games, fire pit and patio view.

Sam & Kazue are a warm & welcoming host & hostess. We arrived late into Halifax airport but Burgundy Dream B&B was only 15 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient at such a late hour. The Burgundy Dream is located in a beautiful, quiet, lush lake region. We wish we could have stayed longer. Our “Blue Notes” bedroom was beautifully appointed and Sam made sure to point out where everything we might need was located. He is a seasoned B&B host and it showed. In the morning he served us a gourmet breakfast with yogurt, homemade granola, orange juice & freshly brewed coffee, along with fresh fruit, toast and an omelet of spinach, ham & cheese all served on an elegantly set table. Both Sam & Kazue, sat and chatted with us about our plans, where we are from along with their own life stories. It was so pleasant and it could not have been a more perfect way to start our Nova Scotia experience. We Highly Highly Recommend!
